Evidence, handovers and changes
How execution records will remain understandable when work changes.
This guide describes the service scope. Access and the workflow supported for your site are confirmed during onboarding.
One owner at a time
A named operator and station will claim the active work. Pause, transfer and resume will make ownership visible. A browser losing acknowledgement will show uncertainty and reload authoritative progress before continuing.
Make the required evidence explicit
Planned evidence types are acknowledgements, bounded text, exact identifiers, photographs and supervisor attestations. A supervisor review will refer to the evidence actually reviewed. Mandatory requirements will not have a force-complete bypass.
Record corrections and rework
Corrections will preserve earlier observations and invalidate the affected approvals. Rework will use a separately approved procedure with a linked new traveller. It will not silently turn an old completion back into unfinished work.
Keep later changes visible
A changed source or withdrawn procedure will require an explicit response. Completed records will retain their original content, with later concerns recorded separately. Exports will state the result and any included qualifications.
