Choose one repeatable family

Start with a known process, a small set of variations and someone who can approve the method. A family with clear differences is more useful than an attempt to model the whole factory.

Prepare the source

The exact import template will arrive with the product. Plan to provide:

• A stable job reference and a distinct identifier for every physical unit.
• A source revision, family reference and drawing revision.
• Structured options such as material, mounting or a required review.
• Approved step text, relevant images and explicit evidence requirements.

Decide what evidence means

A confirmation records a person’s statement. An identifier records the supplied value. A photograph records the submitted image. Decide where these help and where an externally controlled inspection is required.

Describe the problem first

The interest form is for general workflow information. Do not upload proprietary work instructions, customer records or production evidence. A future private evaluation will set out its own data handling arrangements.
