How conditions will select approved steps without inventing a method.
This guide describes the service scope. Access and the workflow supported for your site are confirmed during onboarding.
Build an approved step library
Authors will define step text, images, prerequisites and required evidence. Parameters will come from exact, reviewed table lookups. Missing configuration will block the affected traveller.
Select the applicable steps
A procedure will contain ordered required and optional blocks. Conditions will read declared unit fields once at issue time. The first release will not support loops, parallel routes or branching based on operator answers.
Use plain English for conditions
SmartFACT is designed to help draft a condition such as including a mounting review for a wall option. It will only use the declared vocabulary. People will review the proposal against independently expected examples.
Publish a version, then keep it
Publication will freeze a reviewed release. Issued work will retain its exact version. Models will not be called during live execution, and a model outage will not rewrite an existing traveller.
